Platt received a lot of accolades at a very young age. He is the youngest solo recipient of the Tony Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical. Ben is famous for his acting and singing talents. However, there is another reason for which Ben has been rocking on the news.

He started his weight loss journey when he was cast in the new Netflix show, The Politician.

How did Platt Lose Weight?
Ben lost weight by doing a lot of hard work. He joined his buddy, Johnson, to get help in weight loss. Platt joined the gym along with his friend, Johnson.
They would visit the gym six days a week. This consistency proved to be a very healthy factor in his weight loss.
Ben would do workouts for 1 to 2 hours on the daily basis. His workout routine included all kinds of cardio. Platt performed from pushups, burpees, jumping jacks, reverse crunches, and weight lifting to plank. He performed each workout for 15 minutes.

Platt also took complete care of his diet as well. He started recording what would he eat on the daily basis. He drafted a complete diet plan. His eating routine was as follows:
For breakfast, Platt would have Juice, Salad, Oatmeal, and Egg white omelette. For lunch, he would have a combination of Veggies and Chicken. And for dinner, Ben would eat light food such as salad.

Before & After Weight Loss
Before Platt was cast for The Politician, his weight was 170 pounds. However, as of now, he weighs around 152 pounds. A very healthy number in terms of weight.
