TODAY PROGRAM: Exactly How to do a situp without straining your neck

Sit-ups are commonly seen in many people’s workout and exercise routines on a daily basis. There are many benefits of sit-ups such as being beneficial for working out the core muscles and improving your abdominal strength. However, many people do sit-ups incorrectly, which can cause many injuries and strain your neck.

When doing sit-ups in your workouts, I offer many tips to keep in mind so you can avoid straining your neck and hurting yourself. Make sure you are going at a controlled pace because sit-ups are not easy to do correctly! I also offer a way to do a modified sit-up before doing the actual sit-up and four exercises that will help you perform a sit-up.
