TODAY SHOW: Work your abs, glutes, legs as well as hips with this one step

The scissor kick is a move that can work out your abs, glutes, legs and hips! It is very effective in helping you work out many different parts of your body, but is also often done incorrectly. When people are doing this move, they often arch their back, which will hurt and strain your back. I give tips on how to avoid these common mistakes and should always be kept in mind!
