Also, you know I like to prep food ahead of time and chicken meal prep is always so quick and easy. However, chicken can start to get rather boring if you’re not creative enough with it. This slow cooker pulled chicken is absolutely mouth watering, smells amazing and the whole family will be begging for second helpings. Can it get better than that? I really don’t think so.

This recipe is actually based on my BBQ pulled pork, the flavours worked so well so I knew replacing the pork with chicken would work just as well. I was right it is delicious, full of flavour and just the right amount of tang.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I consume to detoxify?

Fiber is essential for cleansing your body. This helps to move waste from your digestive system into the colon. They are then excreted as stool. Whole grains, vegetables, beans and fruits are good sources of dietary fiber.

Avoid caffeine and alcohol. They stimulate the nervous system which can cause increased bowel movements. Taking probiotics may help to replenish beneficial bacteria in your gut. Probiotics are live cultures (bacteria) of healthy microorganisms that aid digestion and produce short-chain fatty acid such as butyrate.

Butyrate is a vital nutrient that promotes intestinal health. It promotes cell turnover and acts as fuel for immune cells.

Drinking ginger tea can help with diarrhea. Ginger contains compounds called "gingerols", which block the production of prostaglandins. They are chemicals that are created during inflammation. Prostaglandin inhibitors lower inflammation. This is why ginger has been used for arthritis, nausea, and menstrual cramps.

Hot water is another great way to help with insomnia. Hot water helps increase blood circulation to the skin. It also cools it down and relaxes muscles. It is believed that hot water may improve sleep quality.

You don't need to give up cold turkey. Reduce your intake of coffee and other caffeinated beverage. Then, stop drinking soda, juice and alcohol. Finally, eliminate one meal at a time until you've reduced your total calorie consumption by 20 percent.

How To

African mango extract has potential benefits

African Mango Extracts are used to treat many health problems, including cancer. These extracts have been used since ancient Egypt to heal wounds, treat diabetes and stop bleeding.

In modern times, scientists at the University of Nigeria discovered that African mango extracts contain certain compounds such as Tannins, flavonoids, Vitamin C, polyphenols, carotenoids, tannin, and saponin, which help prevent blood clotting, fight free radicals, improve liver functions, reduce cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, promote cell growth, boost immune systems, and increase energy.

  1. Cancer treatment. Over 50% of all cancers are caused by environmental factors, such as smoking, drinking alcohol and eating unhealthy foods. It is crucial to find ways that you can prevent cancer. Many studies have shown that antioxidants in foods like bananas, blueberries, broccoli, grapes, onions, oranges, peas, and tomatoes can help prevent cancer.
  2. Antioxidants neutralize harmful substances called "freeradicals," which can cause damage to cells and genetic mutations. Research has shown that African mango extracts can reverse or slow down the growth of tumors in mice. One study showed that an African mango extract helped stop the growth of human colon tumor cells in vitro (cells grown in laboratory dishes). Another study showed that an African Mango Extract inhibited the growth of prostate cancer cells in vivo (in living animals) by inhibiting their metabolism. These results suggest that this product may be able to treat certain types of cancer.
  3. Cancer Prevention. The National Institutes of Health published a recent animal study that showed African mango extracts could prevent breast cancer development. They believe that African mangoes' active ingredients inhibit the activity of hormones responsible for estrogen production, which can increase breast cancer risk.
  4. Inflammation Reduction. Inflammation occurs when chemicals produced by white cells attack foreign tissue. This can cause pain and swelling. Inflammation can happen when there is injury, infection, and irritation. Some diseases, such as arthritis and asthma, can result from chronic inflammation. Research has shown that African mango extracts can help reduce inflammation, which may lead to a reduction in the severity and severity associated with many conditions.
  5. Improve Liver Function. The liver is an essential organ in our bodies. It regulates digestion as well detoxification and protein production. Healthy livers are also responsible for maintaining internal processes such water balance, sugar level, red blood cell count, and water levels. Research has shown that African mango extracts can stimulate the regeneration of liver cells damaged by toxins and drugs. This may be why people who consume large amounts of African mango juice report feeling less tired after meals.
  6. Blood Pressure Reduction. The American Heart Association recommends that adults maintain a blood pressure reading of between 120/80 and 140/90 mmHg. High blood pressure damages arteries and increases the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Researchers at the University of California-Davis evaluated the impact of African mango extracts on high blood sugar in rats. Their research indicated that African mango extracts significantly lowered blood pressure.
  7. Bone Building Bone building. Double-blind, placebo-controlled research at the University of Alabama School of Medicine found that supplementation with 500mg of vitamin D3, 2 grams of calcium daily and 3 grams of potassium citrate significantly increased bone mineral density. The daily intake of potassium citrate was equivalent to approximately 10 ounces each of fresh African mangoes juice.
  8. Other Benefits. African mango extract can improve skin health by increasing blood flow to the surface of the skin. It stimulates collagen formation, making skin appear smoother and younger. African mango promotes hair follicle growth and prevents premature greying. It aids weight loss by increasing fat metabolism.
